Hi, I’m Charlie Evans — a leadership coach, strategic advisor, and delivery partner working with people, teams and organisations who want to lead boldly and make a meaningful impact.

With a background across the public, private and third sectors, I’ve spent the last decade helping organisations get unstuck — turning ambition into action, and strategy into results. From leading major workforce and health transformation programmes across NHS Wales, to advising purpose-led teams on planning, performance and leadership, I know what it takes to deliver lasting change.

I founded Evans Impact to help organisations cut through the noise, leaders level up their leadership, and focus on what really moves the dial. I also bring energy and presence as an experienced public speaker, podcast host and event compere — helping ideas and people shine on stage as well as behind the scenes.
